Soul Love Counseling is a transformative space dedicated to the empowerment and liberation of Black women. Founded by a Black, queer, femme therapist, the mission is clear: to help Black women rediscover and nurture self-love amidst the complexities of living in a society that consistently marginalizes them. Soul Love Counseling seeks to reframe this, making self-love an achievable, radical act of healing and joy.

With a vision of nurturing Black women to heal and thrive, I had the honor of working alongside her to create a brand identity that embodied her mission. Drawing inspiration from the 70s retro aesthetic she loves, we developed a logo and color palette featuring earthy brown tones that evoke warmth, groundedness, and connection.

It’s a brand that speaks directly to Black women seeking empowerment, understanding, and the freedom to exist fully as themselves.
