Upper Respiratory

The "Upper Respiratory" campaign by CVS aimed to assist customers in identifying their symptoms and finding relief. As lead designer, I collaborated with copywriter Brian Masefield, developing an original campaign concept using online videos and digital ads to engage and educate customers. To facilitate the process, we incorporated a series of questions, empathetic care, and a sound component (click video to hear), all designed to empower customers to connect the dots and find their own relief at CVS. The campaign extended beyond digital channels to include email, social media, and direct mail, ensuring a comprehensive outreach. This project exemplified CVS's commitment to customer well-being and education, providing support and access to over-the-counter products for a healthier experience.
